Fund More Deals

The client(s) engage the services of Fund More Deals under the terms and conditions below:

1) Client Commitments & Terms

All clients (current, past, or former) agree to use the Fund More Deals CRM, backend systems, and marketing tools properly and as intended.

Client understands that The Project Alpha, LLC does business as Fund More Deals, and all references to Fund More Deals refer to The Project Alpha, LLC. Services cannot be provided without setting up a business profile in the CRM.

Client agrees to use the free trial period to determine if the solution fits their business. The client may cancel during the trial by emailing:

If a client requests a custom funnel design during the free trial and later cancels, a $60 setup fee may apply if the funnel was used to generate leads, sales, appointments, or transferred to another platform.

Custom funnel design requests may take 24–72 hours, depending on demand.

Clients agree to pay for services after the trial period. Non-payment will pause services. Fund More Deals will work with clients to resolve billing issues if contacted promptly.

Service results depend on client participation and setup completion. Failure to complete required steps voids any service guarantee, refund, or warranty.

Fund More Deals offers monthly and yearly plans. Clients may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. One additional monthly charge may apply after cancellation notice.

2) Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Each client’s business and situation is different, and timelines vary. Fund More Deals does not promise specific outcomes.

3) Payment Structure

Clients agree to pay for services rendered on a month-to-month basis. Payments are due after work is performed.

Returned or failed payments may incur a $30 processing fee. Services may be suspended for unpaid balances.

4) Privacy Policy (Summary)

Fund More Deals collects personal and technical data to operate services and improve performance. This includes contact info and technical data like IP address and browser type.

5) Right to Suspend or Terminate Services

Fund More Deals may suspend or terminate services without notice for:

Late or denied payments
Harassment or abuse of staff
False or misleading information
Misuse of services
Policy or agreement violations
Fraud or insolvency

6) Arbitration & Mediation

Any dispute will be resolved by individual arbitration under U.S. arbitration rules, handled by a neutral arbitrator or JAMS.

No class actions.
No jury trials.
Each party covers their legal costs.
Small claims court is allowed where applicable.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fund More Deals harmless from claims resulting from misuse of services, violations of laws, or breaches of this agreement.
